What is the most memorable piece of advice you received from a teacher at the school?

In one of the lessons, a teacher encouraged us to speak up in class by saying, “Have confidence.” That message really stayed with me, and I think I’ll carry it with me into my work and future endeavors in Japan — not just in using Japanese, but in life in general.
