Refund before entering Japan

【1】Cancellation of course after the "Certificate of Eligibility" is issued and school fees are paid, but before commencement date.

Conditions	Tuition fee will be refunded upon receipt of the original "Certificate of Eligibility" and certificate of admission.

【2】Cancellation due to the applicant's visa being rejected by the Japanese Embassy or Consulate.

Conditions	Provide a letter from the Japanese Embassy or Consulate proving that the visa application has been rejected.

【3】Cancellation of course after the entry visa is issued, but before entering Japan.

Details	The selection fee, registration fee and cancellation fee equivalent to 1 term tuition fee will be retained by the school under all circumstances.
Conditions	The tuition fee will be refunded after our staff confirms the visa is unused upon receipt of the certificate of admission.

Cancellation of course after entering Japan and after commencement date

【4】Entry to Japan but has not come to school by the start of the term.

Details	Selection fee, registration fee and cancellation fee equivalent to 6 months tuition will be retained by the school under any circumstances.
Conditions	Tuition will be refunded after our staff confirms students return to their home country.

【5】Late Entry

Details	Tuition fees will not be refunded and are not transferable. In case of postponement, tuition is transferable only for the original applicant.

【6】Cancellation of course after commencement date.

Details	Selection fee, registration fee and cancellation fee equivalent to 6 months tuition fee will be retained by the school under any circumstances. If a student submits a withdrawal form before the end of the term, tuition for the following terms may be refunded.*1
Conditions	Approval by our Principal is required. The principal may only approve the following refundable reasons Tuition refunds will be issued after confirmation of return. Eligible for refund: In cases where the applicant is sick or injured, and this fact can be proven with a doctor's note, and the applicant has no choice but to return to his/her home country.

【7】Transfer to other institutions, change of visa status.

【10】LJLS is not liable in the event that we are unable to offer classes due to circumstances or conditions beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to earthquakes, typhoons, accidents or infectious diseases, etc.

• *1 If student does not submit the withdrawal form before the end of the term, tuition of the following term is not refunded.
• *2 Students need to pay for wire transfer and bank fees.
• *3 Refund will not be made if student missed activities for personal reasons.
• *4 Tuition fees must be paid by the deadline. Please adhere to the payment deadline, otherwise you will not be allowed to take any classes.

【1】Cancellation of enrollment by noon, 7 days prior(including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) to the start of enrollment

• *1 The cancellation method must be notified to the Linguage Japanese Language School in writing (email is also acceptable).
  Upon receipt of such notification and acceptance of the cancellation by Linguage Japanese Language School, the student's enrollment shall be deemed to have been officially cancelled.
• *2 Refund fees are the responsibility of the student.
• *3 The class start date depends on the person's declaration at the time of application.
• *4 The tuition fee must be paid by the designated date. If you do not pay by the designated date, you will not be admitted to the course.
