メルビー　レカーザ

フィリピン大学セブ校心理学科卒業。　更にキングジョージ国際大学においてTESOLの資格を取得。　以後一貫して外国人に対する英語教育に従事している。

2007年から2009年まで、現場の英語講師として3年連続で生徒からの評価第1位を獲得。　2010年からは英語講師を育てる指導者として活動の幅を広げている。

リンゲージスピークの開始にあたり、彼女もまたTAKIGUCHI女史とTomasから直接リンゲージメソッドの研修を受けた1人。　更にPLOC（Planning , Leading , Organizing , Controlling ）の講習を受けた後は、リンゲージメソッドを実践できるフィリピン人講師育成の中心的役割を果たしている。

セブ工科大学数学科を卒業後、大学院にて修士号を取得。その後、サンカルロス大学で英語教育学科修士課程を専攻。現在英語教育学科の大学院の資格を取得するために日々精進している。TESOL資格を取得しており、数々な教育関連・英語関連セミナー、勉強会などに参加し、そのつど様々な資格を取得している。

マネージメントの経験もあるが、リンゲージではHead Trainerとして活躍しており、講師の育成、レッスンに力と心を注いでいる。時には厳しく、時にはやさしく指導するそのレッスンは常に高い評価を得ている。
